WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICE

Please note you must be 18 years of age to have a treatment.  Please note we have the right to ask for I.D. if you're lucky enough to look young.  We also have the right to refuse treatments to anyone who can not provide I.D. when requested or if we feel the I.D. provided isn't adequate. 

OUR CLEAR CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel or amend bookings up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment, this can be done online or by telephone only.

If an appointment has not been cancelled, moved or amended with 24 hours notice we have the right to charge clients the full balance of the appointment cost. (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus any reservation fee/deposit paid online).

Clients who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will only lose their reservation fee/deposit if paid using our on-line booking system.
